To connect TeleTrader to your Telegram account, follow these steps:
- Open the TeleTrader desktop application
- Click on "Connect Telegram" in the main dashboard
- Scan the QR code with your Telegram mobile app or enter your phone number
- Enter the verification code sent to your Telegram account
- Once connected, you can select which channels to monitor for signals
To install the TeleTrader Expert Advisor in MetaTrader, follow these steps:
- Download the appropriate EA file from the Downloads page
- Open your MetaTrader platform
- Go to File > Open Data Folder
- Navigate to MQL4/Experts (for MT4) or MQL5/Experts (for MT5)
- Copy the downloaded EA file into this folder
- Restart MetaTrader
- Drag the EA from the Navigator panel onto a chart
- Configure the EA with your API key and preferences
Your API key is generated automatically when you create an account. To find your API key:
- Log in to your TeleTrader account on the website
- Go to your Profile page
- Navigate to the API Keys section
- Your primary API key will be displayed there
- You can also generate additional API keys if needed
Note: Keep your API key secure and do not share it with others. If you believe your API key has been compromised, you can revoke it and generate a new one from your profile page.
Yes, you can use TeleTrader with multiple trading accounts depending on your subscription plan:
- Free Trial and Basic Plan: Limited to one trading account
- Premium Plan: Up to 3 trading accounts
- Professional Plan: Unlimited trading accounts
To set up multiple accounts, you'll need to install the Expert Advisor on each MetaTrader instance and configure it with the same API key but different account identifiers in the EA settings.
TeleTrader can parse a wide variety of signal formats, including:
- Standard buy/sell signals with entry price, stop loss, and take profit
- Multiple take profit targets
- Signals with lot size or risk percentage
- Signals with specific timeframes
- Signals for specific instruments (forex pairs, cryptocurrencies, stocks, etc.)
- Signals with entry ranges
- Signals with trailing stops
